So I was just thinking of a scenario in my head
And I started to wonderIf an entry error had been made for example..entering the figures wrong in the sales daybook…this will affect both control and indivual account
So then what about an entry error in the personal account of a customer
Does this also affect both control and personal or is it just the indivual ledger onlyI’m assuming it is just the indivual ledger perhaps??
If a figure is entered wrongly in the day book than the ledger and the control account are both affected. If the mistake is simply in the ledger, then the control account is not affected.
