IN A SITUATION WHERE THERE IS NO SPARE CAPACITY, IS THE MINIMUM TRANSFER PRICE THE MARGINAL COST OF INTERNAL SALES PLUS CONTRIBUTION OF SELLING EXTERNALLY?Please do not type in capital letters.
Yes – it is the marginal cost plus any lost contribution.
