when we transfer interest to NCI we record difference of cash and net assets transfer to NCI in OCI. if we dispose off subsidiary later, should that OCI recycle to SOPL and become part of gain or loss on disposal?

I don’t think so. I’ve never heard of that rule!

or being a consolidated adjustment, it will be only in consolidated retainearnings (OCE) in consolidation?
