Are trade discount on demand? I read before that these are not on demand but permanent for customers. But now I read that it is reduction in the amount of money demanded by customer. Can you help me sir?

5y ago#1They are negotiated. For example, based on the volume of goods expected to be bought or, perhaps, to win the business of a new customer who might be very valuable in the future.
Different discounts will generally be agreed with different customers.
