How r u.i find a prb.i study opentution n bpp.the 1/2 chpter their is a topic TRACKING.
3types of TRACKING.small fast n multi.bpp n opentution the 3track is diff amount.SMALL:£<5000.in bpp < 10000.FAST:5000<15000.bpp 10000 to 25000.MULTI:£15000.bpp over 25000.which one is correct sir???
Sir i find another prb .when i read case i cofused who is plantiff n who is defendant/claimant.its simple think.but i m not sure this topic.
Plaintiff / defendant – you do not need to know! All you need is the fact that one party is suing another party.
In a court of first instance, the first named party is the plaintiff (or claimant) and the second name in the defendant
But you don’t need that detail!!!
In fact, with effect from last December, there’s no need for you to try to remember case names. All that’s important is the legal principle that was established by the case
As for the values involved in tracking, I suggest that you look this up on the Internet
The values are subject to regular review and adjustment so if I put values in this response they will be out of date within 12 months
(you’re not likely to need to know this level of detail either!)
