Hi all
Can anybody spend a little time to explains for me the model TOWS, i don’t understand why they call in short is Tows ?
Because if i see SWOT i can find easy to understand it is strength……threats. But Tows i don’t understand?
thanks
TOWS is a Matrix, which means that it will have following 4 possible combinations of business strategies;
– SO = Strengths should be used to grab and exploit new opportunities.
– ST = Strengths should be used to avoid threats.
– WO = Overcome Weakness by taking advantage of new opportunities.
– WT = Minimize Weaknesses and avoid threats.
