Good evening,
Probably this question is stupid…
When the company receives the discount why the ordering cost is not effected?
So when we calculate the total cost if the order cost is €20 then we need to use the €20 even if the company received for example a 5% discount. Is that correct?

The discount is on the purchase price of the goods.
The order cost is for things like the delivery charge, and you are not going to receive a discount on the delivery charge.
