    Hi

    Can anyone offer some advice?

Should the ratio analysis be before exceptional items or after? Makes sense to do it before as they are indeed exception items, perhaps with an explanation of why i have done the report this way and what the exceptional items are?

    Thanks

Yes, remove exceptional items and explain. You can then explain further the impact of exceptional items also.
