Topic 8 – Can the organisation we choose be of separate structures ?

for example :- I choose Mercedes – Benz which is subsidiary of Daimler group, and for comparator I choose BMW group which is a Parent organisation in it self it doesn’t have a parent ? Also what If the organisation manufactures commercial vehicles along with personal vehicles ?
