    Fazil, welcome to OpenTuition

    Preparation for F4?

Read the notes – just read, whilst watching the video lectures

Then read them again – start to finish they should take no more than 2 hours

And read them again whenever you have a little time to spare

Open a revision kit and start practicing answering mcqs and mtqs and don’t be disheartened when you score only 20% ( or even less!) the first time through

Personally I would not recommend that you buy a study text, but that’s up to you

To start with try to spend 30 minutes hard concentration in any session and then build up on that 30 minutes until you find that you can manage for 2+ hours in a session

Over and over again try those mcqs and mtqs and read the course notes between times – maybe once each week if you can summon up the enthusiasm

After a poor start of struggling to get even 20% correct, your second time of attempting those same questions should see you hitting 40%+ and the third and subsequent efforts should show similar encouraging improvements

DON’T WRITE YOUR ATTEMPTS IN THE REVISION KIT ITSELF

Write them out on a separate piece of paper so that subsequent efforts are not influenced by earlier ones

The key to success in F4 Law is practice, practice, practice and whenever you hit a problem with a question where you don’t understand the suggested solution, post again on this forum and I shall get back to you

    OK?
