Hi sir,
Would you please explain the “subsidy benefit” calculation.
I’m doing like this 30600*2.8/100*0.7*(4.329-0.952).
What is wrong I’m doing.

It is because the benefit itself is from time 1 to 4, whereas the tax effect is 1 year later, so time 2 to 5.
