The first part of time management is to realise that you do not have 3.5 hours. You have 15 minutes reading then 3 hours writing.
I recommend that you spend the time getting to know the 2 x 20 mark questions as these will contain more information for you to digest.
When it comes to producing your answer, spend 1.8 minutes per mark. Do not go over. Try every part of every question.
