I registered as an Acca student in Dec 2002. My first eligible exam session was June 2003. Is the Nov RAP session my final session or the the May session next year? I mean is the 10 year period from the date of reg. or from the first eligible exam session.
bro i am not expert but i think they consider 10 year from the date of registration..Why dnt u ring acca and confirm with thm??
Happy to hear that you are still working hard towards success and have not yet given up although a decade is going to finish. I am not sure about that but what I know is that when the ACCA syllabus and exams format changed in 2007, they mention a good news for those student who have registered before this period, their ACCA completion period will start from June 2007 to June 2017. I am not sure whether the same rule apply for OBU Rap period.

I emailed them in Feb 2012 about this exact same thing as myACCA does not show your date of registration once you’re a member so I wasn’t sure. They replied on email 3.5 months later in May !!!! Ridiculous, but they confirmed I was eligible but didn’t give any details on how many more sessions I could submit. So I phoned and they told me I have until November 2013 luckily. I’m going for it this month eeeeekkkkkk!!!
kitcat …… same thing happen in my case they also replied me after couple of months & said that my last session of RAP submission is november 2013…..
May 2013 is the reply I got from ACCA. So I guess its a make or break session for my Bsc Hons. aspirations in May ’13. It appears its 10 years from the first exam session subsequent to registration bcos I got registered in Dec. 02 and my first exam session was June 03. Thanks for the help guys.
Good to c u’re still around the OT forums ‘Frost’. I dunno if you remember but we met briefly during an OT -Karachi members meet-up in 2009.
