Hi, may I know why in the question of FNDC Plc (dec 2006), for options, the tick value of 12.50 is being used for computing the gain/loss on contract instead of 6.25?
As I explain in the lectures, the tick value is calculated as 1/400 x the contract size.
(You never actually need to use ticks in the exam – I never do 🙂 )
