Hello sir,
Sir I have conceptual doubt about bottleneck (process or resource)
Would it be right to call bottleneck resource as the slowing process rather than slowest process.
I.e should I determine the bottleneck by identifying the slowest process or should I take capacity also to consideration..
It may be a silly doubt sorry if though!
The bottleneck process is the process that is limited the number of units that can be produced – the process that is slowing everything else down.
