what is conversion cost in case of throughput accounting?
Thanks
The cost of doing work on the raw materials used (i.e. labour and overheads) – converting them into finished goods.
It means this is factory cost- which we use in calculation of cost per factory hour so here we can use conversion cost=factory cost?
Also, if Factory cost is given in separate then we will add conversion cost+factory cost?
Right?
It will equal the factory cost.
