Dear Tutor,
Please help me with this:
Corrie company has three products. X,Y, and Z. The company of Corrie’s plant is restricted by process Alpha. Process Alpha is expected to be operational for eight hours per day and can produce 1,200, 1,500, and 600 units of X,Y, and Z respectively per hour.
Selling price and material costs per unit for each product are as follows:
X: SP =$150; Mat. = $80
Y: SP =$130; mat. = $40
Z: SP =$300; mat. =$100
Operating costs are $720,000 per day
Required: calculate the TA ratio for each product.
I don’t understand it Sir.
Please help.January 21, 2016 at 7:50 am #296826You must watch our free lectures on throughput accounting.
Our lectures are a complete course for Paper F5 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.(This forum is not for simply setting test questions and expecting a full answer – it is for asking about problems you have with topics or with specific parts of answers to questions. You must have a printed answer to the question in the same book in which you found the question – if not then you should be using a different book.)
