I just have a doubt in this if its:

    1)
$10000- it goes to county court
    $10000-25000- county court
    >$25000- goes to high court is that so?

    2)
A case file to obtain a probate, which court do u file this?
The answer can be both- High court chancery and county court, am I missing something here?

    3)
Suppose a dispute between a husband and a wife, u can file a case to both High court family division and under family matters of magistrate court
    This contradicting I guess?

Q1 I believe that you have made a mistake in your typing. Should it not be “<£10,000 MAGISTRATES court”

Q2 I keep reading about “County Court hearing centre where there is also a Chancery District Registry or the County Court of Central London”

Q3 I imagine that matrimonial cases will go to either Magistrates Court or High Court dependent upon the amount of money involved.

A “dispute between husband and wife” is a little bit of a loose scenario! That type of discussion can happen multiple times per day in many marriages without it getting anywhere near a court!
