Kit Q 144's answer say that Dimensions, standards and rewards are three building blocks in Fitzgerald and Moon's performance model.
My question is is it same for Kaplan and Norton's balanced score card's performance model?
Another question is Do we use Dimensions, rewards and measures in performance model and where?
