What are the situations in which appropriate safeguards are not available or cannot be applied to eliminate the threats or reduce them to an acceptable level?
Where the auditor’s husband’s brother is appointed to the board of directors of an existing client?
Where the auditor’s wife’s sister is appointed to the board of directors of an existing client?
Where the auditor’s sister marries the chief executive of an existing client?
