This june 2013 will be my third time attempt fot this paper and l always get 47. l put in 5 hours a day, go through the revision kit three times, listens to open tuition lectures twice. where am l missing it. am discouraged and my f9 textbooks are now worn out because of being used. someone help me
April 21, 2013 at 9:14 am #123060You say that you have gone through the revision kit three times, but are you certain that you really understand everything? In particular, the written parts of questions? It is impossible to pass just on the calculations and it is important that you are able to answer the written parts reasonably well – this is the biggest reason that people fail.
The only other thing I can suggest is to ask yourself how well you are setting out your workings in the exam. The marks are not really for getting the correct answer – it is more for showing that you know what you are doing. If your workings are not presented nicely then it becomes very difficult for the marker to give you marks, even if you are doing things the right way. - AuthorPosts
