Hi, ive been doing question practice and timing myself and i came across like a question on seperate personality and theres two parts!
For the second part its like 4 marks asking the circumstances under which seperate personality is ignored! However in my answer i have done a page and a half! 🙂 ive said how lifting the veil by statue to enforce law as a heading then ive listed
The points relevant such as if theres no
Trading certificate, fraudent and wrong ful trading snd so on!!! And have described each point!
I would really appreciate if you advised me? Because i feel maybe im going over the top! Thanks
Ask yourself these basic questions:
How many marks?
= how many minutes?
and that INCLUDES planning time, doesn’t it?
..so how much can I write in 18 minutes less 5 minutes planning time?
and, having worked that out, now ask “How much can I write in 5.2 minutes?” net of planning time of 2 minutes.
Come on! This is not rocket science!!!
4 marks = 4 points. Each point COULD be 2 short sentences ( or, I prefer, 1 longer sentence.
