There was a tax rate of 10% for savings income up to 2,880 pounds in FA2014.
is it gone in FA2015?

Yes it has gone and we now have a zero rate!. You MUST read the FA 2015 update technical article written by the examining team which is on the ACCA website. I would also suggest using the OT material provided for you.
