Hello, i am so confuse about the role of accounting.How to distinguish 1]Fianancial director 3]Treasurer 3]Financial controller 4]Management accountant ?? Thank advance for your help
FD is at the top and is on the board of directors
Treasurer looks after raising capital, investing surplus cash, foreign exchange
FC looks after the accouting department, probably both financial accounting and management accounting functions.
Financial accountant: looks after double entry matters and financial statements.
Management accountant deals with budgets, costs, reporting differences between actual and budgeted performance.
