Sir when shares r issued at discount like in June 13 Mlima co question,does not it contradict with the principle of equal treatment.Or this principle is only valid while selling shares.

They are not issued at a discount on nominal, but to the expected share price on the day of the listing.
This is OK (and commonly happens in order to persuade investors to buy them).
