I am planning on starting my resubmission project with the same topic and same company. I want to submit it in May 2021. However, the last/latest financial statements that the company issued was for the year ending March 2020 only and it is undergoing insolvency proceedings with all of it’s services on halt for the time being.
Am I obliged to change the company under this circumstance?

Please consult the latest Resubmission Guide as you will see that unless you submitted some time back you will not have to use the latest financials
Here are direct citations from the 2020/2021 Guide:
If you failed your RR and resubmit with the same topic and organisation within the next four periods following your original submission, it is not necessary to use the latest financial statements.
However:
You may resubmit an updated version of your previous topic and organisation if you wish.
