    Hey

I just sat for F7 and I have started studying for P2 at college to attempt in September

The syllabus will be changing for the September 1st exams though so I would like to know what these changes are.

    Acc. to ACCA they say

    “RATIONALE FOR CHANGES
ACCA periodically reviews its qualification syllabuses so that they fully meet the needs of stakeholders such as
employers, students, regulatory and advisory bodies and learning providers
The study guide has been updated to reflect the issue of IFRS 16 Leases. Other than this standard ,there are no
additions to or deletions from the P2 INT syllabus for the year from 1 September 2017.
The syllabus must be read in conjunction with the Examinable Documents list. The changes for the
year from 1 September 2017 affect the list of exposure drafts and discussion papers that are
    examinable.”

Could you kindly inform me on what the change to leases would be?

Secondly, what does the final paragraph means?
“The syllabus must be read in conjunction with the Examinable Documents list. The changes for the year from 1 September 2017 affect the list of exposure drafts and discussion papers that are examinable.”?

    Thanks!

Saqlain, this is really a question for our P2 tutor so I’m going to ask you to post it on the P2 Ask ACCA Tutor forum
