Could be so kind to provide with several ideas concerning “The implications of the existence of slack for decision-making and performance management”,
3e) of the Study Guide. (with calculations of slack is clear).
Many thanks in advance!There are not really several idea to come up with 🙂
Basically, if there is slack it simply means that the constraint is not critical and is therefore irrelevant. However if the mix were to change (because of changes in the other constraints) then it could obviously become critical.
