Hi
In the F4 (english) exam Dec 17 (paper based) i got a question in relation to the eggshell skull in the law of tort, I have looked at my BPP study text and i cannot find anything on it, neither I have seem to come across the term in your lectures or notes. I have found some info online.
Can you help, please?
many thanks
You might be better addressing this question to the tutor on the ask the tutor forum as this forum is primarily designed for students to help one another. Is it possible that the above “egg-shell skull” rule was covered under a different set of words in either or both sources you state it was not covered. This principle was described as taking your victim as you find them when I studied this part of syllabus by my lecturer.Basically, it refers to being held to a greater duty of care if not taking case to protect vulnerable who are at greater risk.
