Forums › CIMA Forums › The difference between Tunnel vision, Measure fixation and suboptimisation?
The way to I remember is
Tunnel vision relating to quatitative measure. While the other two are not. But what is the real difference between Measure fixation and suboptimisation?
Sub-optimisation is ceasing to try once you have reached the target. Eg little effort to make more sales than budgeted.
Measurement fixation means reaching the target, possible to the detriment of other, non-measured, aspects of performance.
