You are certainly allowed to take both F5 and F6 in December.

As to whether you will be able to study enough to pass both, it really depends on how much time you have available for studying.

You will know yourself how easy or hard you found your earlier exams, and obviously only you know how much time you have available for studying.

However, most people do take 2 exams each sitting, and 2.5 months should be enough time (provided you start studying now 🙂 )
