Sir thank you so much for amazing revision lecture on cost of capital,things are much much clear now earlier i didnt now why are we ungearing or regearing but ur lecture has made everything clear. I know i am asking bit too much favour but is there any chances for putting same lecture for future and options specially future before this sitting. Thanks once again.

There are already lectures on futures and options (in the main list of lectures as part of foreign exchange risk management, and interest rate risk management.)
