OpenTuition notes and past paper practice with answers will be sufficient to pass.
If you really want to know everything about Corporate Governance then buy any book of Approved ACCA suppliers eg. BPP, Kaplan.

Will only OT notes and past papers practice be enough? what about the OT lectures? I would definitely want to go through the lectures but I have got limited time so I wanted to know the best I could.
