Hi Sir,
i am doing Lemon Quartz Co,
Question says Identify and explain 5 deficiencies, Recommendation and TOC
1.The bay has been rented out to third party with similar operation which could result into double counting and Overvaluation of inventory
Recommendation- the third party inventory should be placed seprately so that the inventory should nit be mixed uo and to avoid double counting and over-valuation
TOC- Physically inspect whether the inventory is placed in seprate area and Inspect the inventory sheets that no third party is inventory is mentioned on the inventory count sheets. Is this right? Will i get marks on this?
Also, TOC is EIOU, Right?February 19, 2019 at 12:22 pm #505729Please say where the question can be found. Your response looks ok.

Will i be given full mark? English is not my first language but the way i write my answer – Can there be a problem?February 19, 2019 at 12:32 pm #505738So the only difference in TOC and ST is Analytical procedure and Test of detail, Right?
February 19, 2019 at 1:10 pm #505750AP and tests of detail (eg tracing postings) are substantive, not TOC.
Other types of evidence can be for either. Eg inspection could be inspecting inventory (substantive) or inspecring invoices to see that they have been authorised (ToC ).
