Tutor can you tell difference between Market Share and Market Size. I think I have missed.
I know market share which means what share or percentage of market we are having. E.g. customer retention.
Market size variance is uncontrollable to organisation?

Yes. Market share is what % of the total world sales are made by our company.

Market size is the total world sales, and is something that we cannot control.
