Hello sir
In a question it was written that a non current asset was depreciated on a straight line basis With a pro-rated charge in the year of acquisition and disposal
So what does the pro-rated means ? A full year depreciation should be charged or according to the the months?
It means according to the number of months.
I do suggest you watch my lectures on depreciation, because it is explained in full (with examples) in the lectures.
(The lectures are a complete free course for Paper F3 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well)
Thank you sir
Yes I regularly do study from your lectures and notes they are awesome and really helpful thanks for your support .
