Hello

Would you please explain when and why do we use terminal values ..what is their significance and interpretation in a given project ..do we only do it for international appraisal only ???

Terminal value simply means final value, and the word can be used in various contexts depending on the specific question.
It depends on the wording of the question what is being asked for, and why.
