Sir where term of the contract is breached, then innocent party can either discharge/terminate the contract and claim damages OR it can continue the contract and claim damages. Right? But where representation is breached then is is this not true that the only remedy available to innocent party is DAMAGES?
No, I’ve just told you in my previous response that rescission may also be available
Now I suggest that any follow up to this response does not follow your usual lines of “But it says in BPP that ….”
Because, if that’s the tenor of your response, I shall be very upset!
