Hi Sir
One of the LSBF exam tips is “Technology & performance management.”. Could you please advise what is meant by Technology & performance management?

I can’t be sure what they mean, but I would guess that it is the ability to use IT to:
Monitor and measure performance in real time (eg supermarkets and call centres measure how long staff deal with each customer)
Monitor buying habits of customers (eg through the use of loyalty cards) and tailoring offers to customers)
Better inventory controls through predicting demand patterns.
Fast, real-time provision of data to managers.
Use of big data.
