Section D 1 (g) states: “Apply critical success factor analysis in developing performance metrics from business objectives.”
I don’t think there are any specific techniques required and this would be entirely scenario driven. They should be related back to the organisation’s mission ie its purpose, position and values. CSFs should support those.
