I mailed on students@accaglobal.com about the technical glitches thta I faced also mentioned about being unable to book in contingency week due to my college exam and project submission…
Never received a reply…
I’m quite worried whether or not I’ll get exam credit….
Also will the withdrawal option in portal appear only after the contingency week elapses??
Do you suggest me doing something additional

My issue is resolved…
I Mailed ACCA and they added a withdrawal option in myacca..
Quite kind of ACCA that I didn’t have to wait until contingency week elpased then withdraw my exam..
Got a credit almost instantly and managed to book for June intake…
