I have the same problem at times! Try not to get too bogged down. To be honest, if you appreciate 75% of the points, you are ahead of many others. I think the current issue articles are the hardest ones, but articles on technical topics such as IFRS 2 are probably more manageable.
Don’t forget that PQ magazine has some great technical articles which are much easier to cope with. Look for Tom Clendon’s articles (and mine of course).
