Hi Mike,
F4 has a lot of technical articles (https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/exam-support-resources/fundamentals-exams-study-resources/f4/technical-articles.html).
In your opinion will reading these give any advantage for the F4 exam?

Why do you think that people write these technical articles? Do you think that, just maybe, articles are written by, or at the request of, the examiner
I believe that they are! And, that being so, I can imagine no reason whatsoever for you to ignore these articles
