Dear Tutor
I am reading the newest technical article “Value chains, value networks and supply chain management’.
Under the heading ‘Supply chain choices’ there is a diagram.
If you look at the right side of the diagram, there is the ultimate supplier.
Should this be the ultimate customerr?Thank you in advance for your help!
