TAX RATES AND ALLOWANCES

Hi all, I study F6 at home and I have a book calls acca platinium for FA 2010 and it also written that FOR EXAM IN 2011. so I would like to know which TAX RATES AND ALLOWANCES shall i use? for example personal allowance is it 6475 or 7475?
car benefit
75 or less
76 and 120 grams per kilometre
121 and 130 or 135???
could some one post the whole list pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease

For the exam in December 2011 you will use FA2010. The rates are the start of the OT course notes and will be provided in the exam
