    when is tax benefit given on cost? like in a question leaminger inc in was told that company has adequate tax profit to relieve its tax but in another question AGD CO nothing was told and still tax benefit was given on maintenance cost.?

    to what i understand that you are trying to ask, tax bebifit is always given to any purchase the company is going to make that will be “capital expenditure”.
    Just read the question carefully as some questions will mention it and some will test you understaning. They also test that you have read the question by changing the tax rate. good luck
