In chapter 4, is cash basis of accounting for small businesses in the syllabus? I noticed that it was not in the lecture video nor the lecture notes…

You will enjoy chapter 6 then where you will indeed find cash basis (yes it is in the syllabus!) and a few other issues to keep you occupied!
