Hi John, i have seen this question and i am having trouble can you pls explain, how can they be both used?
Which of the following statements about the use of target costing is/are correct?
(1) It relies on just-in-time processes in order to work
(2) It can be used alongside life cycle costing and planninganswer: 2 only.
I actually work through an example in my free lectures that uses both target costing and lifecycle costing alongside each other.
The lectures are a complete free course for Paper PM and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
