Road tax is revenue expenditure. Need explanation! Why it’s not capital expenditure?
If you need explanation, why have you not watched my free lectures? They are a complete free course for Paper F3 and cover everything needed to pass the exam well.
Road tax is a running cost that is paid every year – it is an expense of using the car and not a cost of actually purchasing the car.
