TAD – Yilandwe

Hi Sir,
I saw other questions on the June 2015 Yilandwe question but did not see what I was looking for.
I know you mentioned that the straight line method is less popular these days, however I am struggling with how they come to the 4,500 of TAD in this question.
Could you please take me through this?

The question says that the TAD is available on the machinery at 25%.
The machinery cost 18,000M and therefore the TAD is 25% x 18,000M = 4,500M
